how does it work

Turn the pump on.

Insert proper nozzle.

Close the end of the open tube by a thumb finger (one hand). The air is sucked through the nozzle now.

Holding the handle by the other hand pick the part.

Place the part on its place on the PCB. Ensure that the part is in a good contact with the PCB. Do not try to drop the part from a height.

Release the end of the open tube.

The air flow at the nozzle will switch from sucking in to blowing off. Te positive air pressure build up inside the nozzle is a carefully engineered feature which prevents the part from sticking to the nozzle. Lift the nozzle leaving the part at its place on the PCB.

Variety of nozzle sizes for different parts, durable stainless steel ends, easy to replace.

Red-transparent nozzle.
It allows you to mount the elements 0201 (0.6 mm × 0.3 mm) and 0402, 0603, 0805.

Red-green nozzle.
It allows you to mount the elements 0402 (1.0 mm × 0.5 mm), 0603 (1.6 mm × 0.8 mm), 0805 (2.0 mm × 1.25 mm).

Red-yellow nozzle.
It allows you to mount the elements 0603 (1.6 mm × 0.8 mm), 0805 (2.0 mm × 1.25 mm).

Red nozzle.
It allows you to mount the elements 0805 (2.0 mm × 1.25 mm).
